Faqs

When viewing a product on Dropshipera, you will see two prices:

  •  Listing Price: This is the amount you have to pay the supplier for the product. 
  • Retail Price: This is the suggested price at which you can sell the product. You are free to make changes to the retail price by editing it in the Import List.

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where an online store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product, it purchases the item from a Dropshipera.com and has it shipped directly to the customer.

Dropshipera syncs with your store and all your orders automatically appear on your Orders Tab.

  • Once an order is placed by your customer, you must process the order in Dropshipera by following these steps:
  • Log in to your Dropshipera Merchant account
  • Select Orders from the toolbar on the left
  • Select View Customer Info if you’d like to view details of the order, such as the customer’s name and address
  • Next, click the Checkout button. The shipping cost and transaction fees will be generated automatically based on the customer’s address
  • Then, you can add any notes/instructions for the supplier
  • Finally, press Place Order to process the order. This will deduct the base cost and the shipping cost of the product from your credit card.
  • Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the supplier will be alerted to start fulfilling your order.

Manual orders are useful when a retailer needs to do the following tasks:

  • Accept payment for an order that you make over the phone, in person, or elsewhere. When you accept payment for your draft order, an order is created for it on the Orders page.
  • Send invoices to customers to pay with a secure checkout link.
  • Use custom items to represent additional costs or products that aren't displayed in your inventory.
  • Manually re-create mistaken orders from any of your active sales channels.
  • Sell products at a discount or wholesale rates.
  • Take pre-orders.

Once all these steps are followed, the system should create an order which then gets sent off to our supplier.

Important Note: It is important that the settings of the customer are done correctly, as well as ensuring they have both shipping and a billing address, otherwise our system will reject it.

You don't need to provide any documents to join us.

There are two types of products we provide
1. MRP Products (that comes with a price tag)
2. Non-MRP Products that doesn't have pricing.

  • There are no profit limits. Majority of the products we are provide you are Non-MRP ones, in which you can have about 50% to 200% profit and still be competitive or even more depending on your sales and strategy. On MRP products, you'll get a set profit margin.
  • How much can I make per month?
    It depends on the number of orders you get.
  • For example: Let's say you are getting 300 orders a month at an average revenue of 1500rs per order and of that 50% is your margin.
  • Your turnover is 300 orders X 1500rs sales price = Rs.450,000.
    Your profit is Rs.450,000 X 50% = Rs.225,000 per month.

We take returns only damage or deffect product cases. Depends on your or your buyer requirement, we shall issue refunds or provide exchanges.

Process:
You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order to your end customer.

Commercials:

A. Returns: If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, Dropshipper cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product

B. If customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in a right condition all laibility for Dropshipper.

  • Return Condition:
    When placing returns, make sure:
    The items should be in good condition as originally received.
    The tags, and any other document in the product should be kept as it is.
    The courier cover should be properly closed.
    Returns Not Supported on these Products: Lingerie Items, Unstitched Materials, Lungis and related products.

* RTO, Return to Origin is a shipment state where shipment is not delivered because of various reasons like customer refused the item, the door is closed or the customer is not reachable. In such scenarios, the courier company will directly return the items to the origin i.e., to the dropshipper.

* The reverse shipping charges for such scenarios which are called RTO charges have to be borne by the reseller as it's reseller's responsibility to ensure that the orders are genuine since dropshipera.com does not contact the end customers directly for any reason.

* Additionally, when an item is returned and if it is because of any reason apart from defective/wrong goods sent, the reseller will pay the return shipping charge which is also called RTO Charge.

* RTO, Return to Origin is a shipment state where shipment is not delivered because of various reasons like customer refused the item, the door is closed or the customer is not reachable. In such scenarios, the courier company will directly return the items to the origin i.e., to the manufacturer.
